RENTING THIS SPACE

Prime Location for a Captive Audience!!

I have housed a gift shop in. this location for the last few years. My retail direction has changed which makes this space available for POP UP shops on the weekends.

During my time occupying this space, I would have at least 100 people enter the doors of my shop on the weekends, without any additional advertising. They entered because the door was OPEN.

This space will be for rent each weekend from June to August. This means that you can use this space to sell goods on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at a cost of $150.
